The DataSafeSign Refund Policy is determined by the DataSafeSign plan you have subscribed to.
There are only two plans:
Under 30-day refunds
If you cancel your DataSafeSign Business account before the expiry date of the agreement, you may request a refund for the portion of the refund you have not used, if you contact us through Support. This is available as a one-time only refund to any person or entity. The under 30-day refund request policy applies only to all monthly plans.
Cancelling your DataSafeSign account
Your DataSafeSign Business account plan allows you to downgrade to an Individual plan. This is important. By down grading to an Individual Plan you will be able to keep your existing documents on file with easy access. If you choose to continue with this plan you will be charged a monthly account keeping fee (please check our Terms and Conditions) . You will be able to send documents from this account on a pay-as-you-use subscription.
If you choose to close your Business Account you can download all your files within 30 days before the account is closed permanently. If you fail to remove the documents after 30 days the files will be permanently removed from the platform. We will be unable to retrieve them.
DataSafeSign Close Your Account Policy
You can close your DataSafeSign Business account if you are the Administrator of the account. If you want to keep your DataSafeSign documents you should consider downgrading your account to a individual account. The Individual account will allow you to avoid loosing access to your documents. A monthly account keeping fee will be charged for this service. You will be able to send documents from this account on a pay-as-you-use subscription.

DataSafeSign account plans allow you to upgrade or downgrade from the Admin area of your account. To close your DataSafe-Sign account, you must meet the following requirements: You must be the Account Administrator

How to Cancel, downgrade, or close a DataSafeSign account
If you decide to Cancel your subscription, the following will occur:
If you choose Cancel Your Subscription you will be navigated to the Submit | Cancel Subscription button and your account will downgrade to a free version. You will lose access to the following features:
If you have elected to cancel your subscription, click the cancelation button and your account will automatically be downgraded to our Individual account.
IMPORTANT:
You will not have access to your business account after selecting Cancel my DataSafeSign Business account. You have 30 days to download your DataSafeSign documents before the Cancelation takes effect and all your documents are cleared from the platform.
Important Note:
When cancelling or downgrading an account, your account will be charged an account keeping fee at the end of each month. If you choose not to accept the account keeping fee, then your documents will not be available, after the 30-day cooling off period.
Once cancelled, no further action will be required by you. The Individual version of DataSafeSign does not include some features you were using in your Business account; however, you can still send documents on a pay-as-you-use subscription basis by simply renewing the monthly account maintenance fee.
